Hi, I’m Maria, the creator of MossyBird.

I started this project to share cozy, nature-inspired printables and learning materials for parents and kids. At the heart of it all is a tiny rescued blue tit — a little bird who became part of our family and sparked an entire creative journey.

Raised in a family of artists, I completed 8 years of classical art education and have always found joy in drawing, creating, and capturing everyday beauty. For over 10 years, I’ve worked closely with children as a childcare provider, including in an early childhood center in Germany. This deep experience helped me understand how children learn best — through play, exploration, and gentle encouragement.

As a mom, I know how meaningful those quiet, creative moments can be. My goal is to make beautiful, thoughtful resources that help families connect, learn, and grow together — one coloring page, one card, one magical moment at a time.
